Position: Assistant Terminal Supervisor

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Terminal Supervisor to support terminal operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities at our Karwar terminal. The role involves coordinating operations, maintaining records, monitoring dispatch activities, and ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely execution of terminal activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising daily terminal operations and dispatch activities
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams for smooth movement of materials
• Monitor loading, unloading, and storage operations at the terminal
• Maintain operational records, stock reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Support inventory management and stock reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of terminal equipment
• Report operational issues and support timely resolution
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, terminal operations, warehousing, or supply chain management
• Basic understanding of terminal and transport operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in the bitumen industry
