Mr. Jaiprakash Agarwal is a visionary entrepreneur and a seasoned businessman of high repute, possessing over 45 years of profound experience in the industrial landscape. As a forward-looking leader with exceptional commercial acumen, he has been the primary architect of the Company’s transformation, successfully evolving it from a specialized logistics firm into a well-diversified conglomerate. Under his strategic guidance, the Company has successfully ventured into the manufacturing and trading of Bitumen and Bituminous products, as well as the development of Wind Power projects, all while strengthening its foundational logistics operations. A vital contributor to the organization’s long-term success and market standing, Mr. Agarwal’s current leadership term is set to conclude on March 31, 2025, marking nearly half a century of dedicated service and industrial excellence.

Mr. Lalit Agarwal

Mr. Lalit Agarwal is a distinguished and result-driven leader in the Bitumen industry, currently serving as a Whole Time Director with over 36 years of extensive experience across the industrial and services sectors. A self-motivated and resourceful executive, he is widely recognized for his unique ability to strengthen management teams while implementing sharp cost-cutting strategies that maximize both operational efficiency and profitability. His strategic vision has been a primary catalyst in scaling the Company to new heights, significantly enhancing the bottom line on both a standalone and consolidated basis. Beyond his corporate role, Mr. Agarwal holds the prestigious position of President of the Bulk Bitumen Transporters Association, a role he has maintained for many years as a testament to his high standing in the transportation and bitumen sectors. Under his expert guidance, the Company has achieved numerous milestones and evolved into a well-diversified, profitable entity. Known for his excellent communication skills, he excels at building and sustaining long-term, profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders alike.

Mr. Ramchandra Agarwal

Mr. Ramchandra Agarwal is a veteran industry leader with an extensive professional background spanning over 48 years across the service and industrial sectors. Renowned for his proven leadership skills and deep operational expertise, he has played a pivotal role in the exponential growth of the Company’s logistics business, maintaining a consistent upward trajectory of expansion. A hallmark of his leadership style is his profound commitment to the Company’s human resources; he believes that a motivated workforce is the backbone of organizational success. By prioritizing employee morale and professional development, he ensures high engagement levels across all ranks and files of the company.

Mr. Mahendra Agarwal

Mr. Mahendra Agarwal is a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company and one of its core promoters, bringing approximately 38 years of extensive experience in the industrial and service sectors. As a founding member who helped establish the Company in 1995, he has been a vital part of the leadership team that transitioned the business from its modest origins in transportation to its current status as a diversified industrial leader. His deep-rooted expertise in the Bitumen and Logistics sectors has provided significant strategic support to the Board, helping the Company navigate its expansion into the manufacturing of Bituminous products and renewable energy. Respected for his long-standing industry relationships and foundational knowledge of the domestic market, Mr. Mahendra Agarwal continues to offer valuable oversight and direction.

Mr. Balraj Subramaniam

Mr. Balraj Subramaniam is a seasoned industry veteran with over 45 years of diverse experience, primarily within the Oil & Gas downstream sector. His extensive career spans a broad range of critical functions, including Refining, Project Management, and the strategic oversight of both Industrial, Commercial, and Retail businesses. A master of stakeholder engagement, Mr. Subramaniam is highly regarded for his expertise in Corporate Communication and his ability to navigate complex Government Coordination. Given his vast managerial and operational depth, he provides the Board with invaluable insights into large-scale energy projects and regulatory landscapes. His multi-faceted background makes him a key asset in driving operational excellence and maintaining the Company’s high standing among its public and private stakeholders.

Mr. Mahendra Pimpale

Mr. Mahendra Pimpale is a distinguished industry veteran and an Independent Director of the Company, bringing over 35 years of rich experience in the petroleum and energy sectors. A former Managing Director of Bharat Oman Refineries Limited (BORL), he possesses deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in navigating commercial, strategic, and leadership challenges at the highest corporate levels. His extensive career is highlighted by his tenure as the Head of Projects for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), where he successfully managed high-value, complex industrial projects. With his profound expertise in large-scale project execution and corporate governance, Mr. Pimpale provides the Board with invaluable strategic oversight, ensuring that the Company’s industrial expansions are executed with technical precision and financial prudence.

Mr. Suresh Nair

Mr. Suresh Nair is a highly accomplished technical leader and Independent Director with over 36 years of extensive experience in the Indian oil and gas industry. An alumnus of NIT Calicut (1982 batch), he holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in senior leadership roles at one of India’s premier Public Sector Oil Undertakings, gaining deep expertise in industrial operations, mechanical engineering, and large-scale business management. His blend of technical rigor and administrative proficiency allows him to provide critical oversight on the Board, particularly regarding operational efficiency, mechanical infrastructure, and strategic planning. Appointed for his vast industry knowledge, Mr. Nair plays a vital role in ensuring that the Company’s technical expansions and industrial projects are executed with global standards of excellence.

Mrs. Khushboo Mahesh Lalji

Mrs. Khushboo Mahesh Lalji is a distinguished professional and a qualified Company Secretary (CS), serving as an Independent Woman Director on the Board of the Company. With a robust background in legal compliance and secretarial standards, she brings a wealth of expertise in navigating the complexities of the Companies Act and SEBI (LODR) Regulations. Her role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of corporate governance, providing unbiased oversight on matters of strategy, risk management, and ethical conduct. Having previously served as a Compliance Officer and Company Secretary for other listed entities, Mrs. Lalji leverages her practical experience in capital market operations to protect the interests of minority stakeholders and enhance board-level decision-making. Her presence on the Board not only fulfills statutory diversity mandates but also adds significant value through her focus on transparency, regulatory adherence, and professional integrity.
